Talal Al-Saif currently holds the position of Regional Executive Director, Central Gulf and Egypt, at Nutanix, overseeing business operations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Egypt. With 19 years of diverse experience, he has served in various executive and advisory roles in renowned companies like Oracle, Hewlett-Packard, and Saudi Telecom Company.

Joining Nutanix in 2018, Talal spearheaded the establishment of the company's public sector business from its inception. His exceptional performance led to a promotion in 2020, where he assumed leadership of the public sector division. Under his guidance, Nutanix consistently surpassed goals, significantly enhancing the brand's visibility across the country.

Marc Linster, Ph.D., is a Technical Fellow at EDB. As EDB’s prior Chief Technology Officer, Marc is committed to EDB being an accelerator in providing architectural “know-how” to help customers take advantage of Postgres. Marc believes that although new customer adoption of open source is growing rapidly, tools for manageability, high availability, and migration are incredibly important, and that customers should pick a qualified partner when they embark on their open source journey.

Marc has an extensive background in engineering, technology and logistics with 20 years of management experience. He holds a Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat) in Computer Sciences from the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany

Ahmad Elayat is the Senior Director of Product Management at Nutanix leading the Nutanix Database Service (NDB) product team. Prior to Nutanix, Ahmad spent 5 years at AWS leading product management for Aurora MySQL, AWS’ cloud native database service and the fastest growing service in AWS history. Ahmad also spent several years at McKinsey & Company, advising executives across several verticals including SaaS platforms, semiconductors, digital marketing, public sector, and aerospace manufacturing in the US, Europe, and Middle East.

Kash Rafique is a visionary and transformative sales leader with a relentless drive for innovation and excellence. With a career spanning 25 years in the technology sales industry, he has consistently pushed the boundaries to offer exceptional business value to clients and alignment of corporate objectives in the region. Kash is dedicated to the Middle East Africa region and has successfully built numerous Global Software brands inspiring clients to achieve ‘Digital Transformational’ objectives.
Kash has held various Senior Executive roles, both in Europe and Middle East Africa. Starting his career at IBM and leading and holding executive relationships with clients such as British Petroleum, Bank of Scotland, Equifax In 2009, Kash moved to the Middle East where he spearheaded the IBM Cloud division across Middle East Africa. His experience also spans across many of the major territories in Africa. In 2017, Kash joined Informatica as VP Sales for Middle East Africa and Emerging Markets, working within the Data Management and Analytics space

Mohammad Jibril is a seasoned Sales Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the data management and cloud domains. He excels in achieving exceptional architectures and designs for customers in the EMEA region to meet their business demands. His technical and business skills include a deep understanding of Oracle, Nutanix and Open-Source technologies. Mohammad is recognized for his sales, communication, solution development, and customer success expertise. He holds certifications in TOGAF and Cloud Architecture.

Mark Tutton is the Cloud Economist for the region, he helps customers to optimize the business benefits from Nutanix helping preparing business plans and investment appraisals and will be discussing with us the high level and expected improvements and benefits a Nutanix can bring through recent customer engagement examples.
