How do IT teams survive the energy crisis and build a long term sustainable IT infrastructure?

Does it mean lights out for many IT platforms?

It’s predicted by the end of 2022 energy costs will represent over 40% of the total IT infrastructure costs of an organisation, with the situation only likely to worsen in the short term.  In parallel, CEOs and CFOs are grappling with defining a clear ESG strategy amidst the incoming tsunami of regulation and penalties that 2023 promises to bring.

Despite all the doom and gloom, there’s good news.  Join us at Nine Lives in London on 17th November to learn the nuts on bolts of IT energy consumption and how you can build a plan for delivering a bulletproof, sustainable IT infrastructure for your business.  You’ll be joined by like minded peers, in a relaxed informal environment, where you’re able to share your experiences and learn from each other.

Agenda:

-Welcome drinks

-The energy crisis & IT - What do I need to know? How do I build a sustainable plan? Steen Dalgas, Cloud Economist & Head of Sustainability, Nutanix

-More drinks and sustainable cocktails…

-How Nutanix & Veeam can help your ESG strategy - Venugopal Pai, VP Customer Experience, Nutanix

-Food glorious food….(sustainable tacos to be precise)
